"Parties are supposed to be fun," says Guy Barstad. With a multi-faceted business background, including Dentistry, Architecture and Photography, the question pops up, "What has kept you in this industry?"
It's a simple answer. He "enjoys the biz." Guy says, "My idea of entertaining is doing something above average, something trend setting. I get bored easily, and thrive on original ideas when it comes to putting a party together."
Having years of experience as General Manager for such luminary restaurants as Napa Valley's Piatti's and Cole's Chop House, and then as Director of Operations for Melissa Teaff Catering, Guy sees to the right mix for all events. He is passionate about putting together exciting parties, and as Director of Operations accomplishes that and more - presentations with a WOW factor. |
